Tilaaja antaa By Hanna Kekäläiselle tätä tarkoitusta varten oman nimensä (tai nimimerkki) ja sähköpostiosoitteensa. Tilauksen voi tehdä suoraan By Hanna Kekäläisen verkkosivuilta www.hannakekalainen.com tai www.treeoflife.fi , jolloin asiakkaan antamat tiedot tallentuvat suoraan Wix.com –kotisivupalveluntarjoajan sovelluksessa By Hanna Kekäläisen kirjautumistunnusten alla olevaan asiakasosoitteistoon. Mikäli asiakas tilaa uutiskirjeen henkilökohtaisesti, kyseiset tiedot merkitään edellä mainittuun osoitteistoon Hanna Kekäläisen toimesta. Messuilla tai muissa tapahtumissa paperille annetut tiedot kirjataan myös käsin kyseiseen osoitteistoon edellä mainittujen henkilöiden toimesta. Tämän kirjaamisen jälkeen alkuperäiset paperilla olevat yhteystiedot hävitetään tuhoamalla ne. Uutiskirjettä varten annettuja yhteystietoja ei käytetä mihinkään muuhun tarkoitukseen.
Varmuuskopiot ovat sähköisessä muodossa OneDrive-pilvipalvelussa olevalla osoitelistalla kahden salasanan takana sekä By Hanna Kekäläisen työkoneella kahden salasanan takana.
Omat tiedot saa nähtäväksi lähettämällä sähköpostia osoitteeseen byhannakekalainen@gmail.com ja lähetämme kuvakaappauksella pyytäjän tietonäkymän asiakasosoitteiston tiedoista.
Asiakkaan pyynnöstä tiedot poistetaan kokonaan Wix –sovelluksessa olevasta asiakasosoitteistosta. Tiedot poistetaan myös One Drive –pilvipalvelussa olevasta listasta ja paperinen varmuuskopio tuhotaan ja tulostetaan uusi, päivitetty lista, jossa asiakkaan tietoja ei enää ole näkyvissä.

Kotisivuilta lähetetty viesti saapuu sähköpostiosoitteeseen byhannakekalainen@gmail.com. Kyseistä sähköpostia pääsee lukemaan vain Hanna Kekäläinen. Viestissä näkyy asiakkaan siihen itse tallentamat yhteystiedot. Nämä tiedot jäävät näkyviin sähköpostipalvelimelle (gmail.com) sekä Wix –kotisivupalvelimella By Hanna Kekäläisen kahdella em. sivustolla kirjautumisen takana olevaan inboxiin. Asiakas voi pyytää tietojensa poistamista ja tällöin viestit deletoidaan pysyvästi.

3.Kursseille ja tapahtumiin ilmoittautuminen
Kursseille ilmoittautuessa pyydetään nimi ja yhteystiedoiksi puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite ja kotiosoite. Puhelinnumero on tarpeellinen, jotta mahdolliset äkilliset muutokset, esim. kurssin peruuntuminen tai muu muutos saadaan nopeasti tiedoksi osallistujalle. Sähköpostiosoite pyydetään, jotta kurssiin mahdollisesti liittyvät lisätiedot, materiaalit, kurssitodistukset ja muu mahdollinen informaatio saadaan toimitettua osallistujalle. Kotiosoite on tietona vapaaehtoinen, mutta tarpeellinen, mikäli osallistuja haluaa paperisen laskun tai osallistumistodistuksen tai muun materiaalin kirjepostina.
Kursseille osallistuvien tiedot ovat käytettävissä vain kurssin järjestävällä taholla eli By Hanna Kekäläisellä sekä muulla mahdollisella kouluttajalla. Tiedot ovat sähköisessä muodossa osallistujalistalla OneDrive –pilvipalvelussa sekä annettuna kouluttajalle. Kouluttajalle osallistujalista toimitetaan sähköpostilla tai paperitulosteena. Kouluttajalla on velvollisuus hävittää tiedot kurssin päätyttyä tai viimeistään, kun kaikki materiaalit on toimitettu ja maksut hoidettu.
Yhteystiedot säilytetään kurssin ajan ja kunnes kaikki kurssiin liittyvä materiaali on toimitettu perille ja maksut hoidettu.
Mikäli osallistuja haluaa tilata By Hanna Kekäläisen uutiskirjeen, käsitellään hänen tietojaan kuten kohdassa 1. uutiskirje.
Muussa tapauksessa osallistujan tiedot poistetaan kaikista listauksista, paitsi kirjanpidosta. Mikäli asiakas vaatii tiedot poistettavaksi myös kirjanpidon liitteistä, korvataan asiakaan nimi ja muut tiedot merkinnällä ”Osallistuja, pyytänyt tietonsa poistettavaksi”. Kurssille osallistuvan asiakkaan antamia yhteystietoja ei käytetä mihinkään muuhun tarkoitukseen.
4. Ajanvaraus
Ajanvaraus sähköisesti: asiakas antaa nimensä, sähköpostiosoitteensa ja puhelinnumeronsa. Näin hänelle voidaan vahvistaa varattu aika ja palvelu sekä ilmoittaa mahdollisista muutoksista. Tiedot näkyvät Wix –kotisivupalvelimen sähköisessä ajanvaraussovelluksessa ja siihen synkronoidussa Google Drive-kalenterissa. Asiakkaan pyynnöstä kaikki tiedot poistetaan palvelun tapahduttua ja maksujen tultua hoidetuksi.
Ajanvaraus henkilökohtaisesti: Asiakkaan nimi merkitään google kalenteriin (nimi ja puhelinnumero, muut tiedot mikäli siitä yhdessä erikseen sovitaan). Tiedot voidaan siirtää nimen ja palvelun osalta kirjanpitoon, minkä asiakas voi kieltää ja tällöin tulo merkitään kirjanpitoon nimeämällä toteutunut palvelu ja ”Asiakas, ei halua tietojaan näkyville”.
5.Maksutapahtuma
Käteismaksusta kirjoitetussa kuitissa näkyy vain asiakkaan nimi. IZettlen maksupäätteellä maksettaessa kuitti toimitetaan asiakkaan valinnan mukaisesti tekstiviestillä tai sähköpostilla. Annetut tiedot jäävät maksupalvelun tarjoajan palvelimelle, mutta eivät ole muuten missään rekistereissä. IZettlen raportteihin tulostuu maksettu summa, palvelu ja maksajan nimi.

Tietojen luovuttaminen lain sitä edellyttäessä
Jos By Hanna Kekäläinen pakotetaan lain, oikeuden määräyksen tai muun oikeudellisen prosessin nojalla luovuttamaan henkilökohtaisia tietojasi oikeusistuimelle tai kolmannelle osapuolelle, By Hanna Kekäläinen yrittää ilmoittaa asiasta sinulle etukäteen antamiasi yhteystietoja käyttämällä. Rekisterin nimi
By Hanna Kekäläisen asiakasrekisteri. Rekisteri koostuu useammasta alarekisteristä.
Rekisterin käyttötarkoitus
Rekisterin tarkoitus on asiakasyhteydenpito, asiakas- ja kauppasuhteen ylläpitäminen ja kehittäminen sekä käyttö tilastollisiin tarkoituksiin.
Henkilötietoja käytetään henkilötietolain sallimissa ja edellyttämissä puitteissa. Rekisteriä ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille tahoille.

Rekisterin sisältämät tiedot
Asiakasrekisteri koostuu useammasta pääasiallisen käyttötarkoituksen mukaan kootusta erillisestä rekisteristä. Näiden asiakastiedot yhdessä muodostavat asiakkaasta tallennetut tietojoukot seuraavasti:
1) Asiakkaan yhteystiedot ja tilaamisen mahdollistavat tiedot: etu- ja sukunimi, katuosoite, postinumero, postitoimipaikka, maa, puhelinnumero, sähköpostiosoite, syntymäaika, sukupuoli ja henkilötunnus. Yritys-, yhdistys- ja yhteisöasiakkailta lisäksi yrityksen nimi ja Y-tunnus.
2) Mahdollisesti asiakkaan ilmoittamat kiinnostuksen kohteet, talouden taustatiedot ja muut asiakaskohtaiset lisätiedot.
3) Mahdollinen suostumus lähettää asiakkaalle suoramarkkinointia.
4) Tiedot asiakkaan tilauksista, toimituksista ja palautuksista.
5) Palveluun kirjautumiseen vaadittavat tunnisteet.
6) Mahdolliseen kanta-asiakasohjelmaan liittyvät tiedot asiakaskohtaiset tiedot: jäsenyystaso, ostokertymä, kerätyt, käytetyt ja käytettävissä olevat pisteet, asiakkaan erityistoiveet.
Rekisteröityneen henkilötiedot hävitetään käyttäjän pyynnöstä. Tiedot toimitetaan pyynnöstä noin viikon, viimeistään kuuauden kuluessa pyynnöstä.

Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet
Rekisterin yhteys- ja asiakkuustiedot saadaan asiakassuhteen syntyessä ja sen aikana asiakkaan rekisterinpitäjälle tekemistä ilmoituksista. Asiakassuhde syntyy, kun asiakas rekisteröityy palveluun, tilaa suoramarkkinointia tai tekee ostoksen.
Sähköiseen suoramarkkinointiin (sähköposti- ja tekstiviestimarkkinointi) pyydetään asiakkaalta erikseen suostumus henkilötietolain mukaisesti.
Rekisterin suojaus
Rekisterin käyttöoikeus edellyttää By Hanna Kekäläisen käyttäjätunnusten käyttöoikeuksia. Käyttöoikeus on rajattu ainoastaan henkilön työtehtävien hoidossa tarpeellisiin tietoihin ja edellyttää henkilökohtaisten käyttäjätunnusten käyttöä. Asiakasrekisteri ja sitä käsittelevät tietojärjestelmän laitteistot ovat vain nimettyjen henkilöiden käytettävissä. Häiriötilanteiden varalta tiedot varmistetaan säännönmukaisesti kopioimalla. Laitteet on suojattu virustorjuntaohjelmilla.
Vaitiolovelvollisuus sitoo asiakasrekisteritietoja käsitteleviä työntekijöitä. Tietoja kerrotaan tai luovutetaan ulkopuolisille vain lakiin perustuvan ilmoitusvelvollisuuden johdosta, kuten asiakkaan omasta pyynnöstä tai viranomaisen lakiin perustuvasta pyynnöstä.

3.Registration for courses and events
When registering for the courses, the name and contact information are phone number, e-mail address and home address. An e-mail address is requested so that any additional information, materials, course certificates and any other information related to the course can be provided to the participant. The home address is optional, but necessary if the participant wants a paper invoice or certificate of participation or other material by letter mail.
The information of the participants in the courses is only available to the party organizing the course, ie By Hanna Kekäläinen and any other trainer. The information is in electronic form on the list of participants in the OneDrive cloud service and given to the trainer. The list of participants will be sent to the trainer by e-mail or in hard copy. The instructor is obliged to dispose of the data at the end of the course or at the latest when all materials have been submitted and payments made.
Contact information will be maintained for the duration of the course and until all material related to the course has been delivered and payments have been processed.
If a participant wishes to subscribe to By Hanna Kekäläinen's newsletter, her information will be processed as in section 1 of the newsletter.

5. Payment
The receipt written for the cash payment will only show the customer's name. When paying with IZettle's payment terminal, the receipt will be delivered by text message or e-mail, according to the customer's choice. The information provided will remain on the payment service provider's server, but will not otherwise be in any registers. IZettle reports print the amount paid, the service and the payer's name.

Purpose of the register
The purpose of the register is to maintain customer relations, maintain and develop the customer-trade relationship and use them for statistical purposes.
Personal data is used within the framework permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The register will not be disclosed to third parties.

Information contained in the register
The customer register consists of several separate registers compiled according to the main purpose. Together, their customer data forms the data sets stored for the customer as follows:
1) Customer contact information and ordering information: first and last name, street address, postal code, post office, country, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender and personal identity number. In addition, the company's name and business ID from corporate, association and institutional customers. 2) Possible interests, financial background information and other additional customer-specific information reported by the customer. 3) Possible consent to send direct marketing to the customer. 4) Information on customer orders, deliveries and returns. 5) Tags required to log in to the service. 6) Information related to a potential loyalty program customer-specific information: membership level, purchase volume, points collected, used and available, customer's special wishes.
The personal data of the data subject will be destroyed at the request of the user. Information will be provided upon request for approximately one week, no later than one month upon request.
Regular sources of information
The contact and customer information of the register is obtained from the notifications made by the customer to the registrar during and during the customer relationship. A customer relationship is created when a customer signs up for a service, orders direct marketing, or makes a purchase.
For electronic direct marketing (e-mail and SMS marketing), the customer's consent is requested separately in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Registry security
Access to the register requires access to By Hanna Kekäläinen's user IDs. The right of access is limited only to the information necessary for the performance of the person's work tasks and requires the use of personal user IDs. The customer register and the information system hardware that handles it are only available to designated persons. In the event of a fault, the data is regularly backed up.
