CANCELLATION POLICY & RE-SCHEDULING OF CLASSES
Serial cards are valid for 10 months. No returns but can be used by another family member, friend etc.
Cancellation policy: If you are not able to come to your lesson, the primary goal is to re-schedule the lesson. However, due to changing life situations of many of my students I've now changed the cancellation conditions so that they are now even more flexible than before ie. the cancellations that are made 24h before the lesson are free of charge without limitations. In return I appreciate that I'm informed well beforehand if the lesson needs to be re-scheduled or cancelled so that I can plan my work days as well as possible. Thank you for understanding. I will automatically charge the lessons that haven't been cancelled 24h beforehand at the latest.
