    Products can be picked up from our studio (Hagelstamintie 17L, 01520 Vantaa) or within Finland delivered home by Matkahuolto. Delivery cost inside Finland is 65€ including protective cardboard envelope. 

    Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you have any questions, please contact byhannakekalainen@gmail.com. Products will be ready for pickup/delivery within a reasonable time, normally approx. 3-7 business days from receipt of your order. Please wait for confirmation when the products are ready for pickup/sent via post.  

  • Return and Refund Policy

    Products have a 14-day return policy. The right of return applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage. Defective delivery, defective product or if the product has been lost during transport must be reported immediately, no later than 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
